Magnolia Moon Rental Policy
Pickup Policy
All Magnolia Moon rentals are pickup only from our Cairo, Georgia location.
We are a self-setup boutique rental experience designed for convenience and flexibility. Customers are responsible for transporting, setting up, and returning rental items.
Rental items are considered transferred to the customer upon pickup in Cairo, GA. At that time, full responsibility for care, transport, and use of the items rests with the customer.
Delivery & Setup
Delivery and setup services are not offered outside of Georgia.
Limited Georgia delivery may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance.
Security Deposits
All rentals require a refundable security deposit. Deposit amounts vary by package.
Deposits are returned after items are inspected. Cleaning fees, damage, missing pieces, or late returns may result in deductions.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Refund eligibility depends on notice given prior to the rental date. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
No refunds are issued due to weather.
Responsibility & Care
By picking up rental items, the customer agrees to:
- Renter is fully responsible until items are returned and inspected
- Transport items safely
- Use items as intended
- Supervised by an adult when children are involved
- Return items in the same condition received
- Assume responsibility for any loss, damage, or missing items occurring after pickup
Rental Agreement Required
All customers must sign a full Rental Agreement prior to pickup. The signed agreement governs the rental and includes additional terms regarding liability, supervision, and equipment use.
